AI Associate – Voice-Agents (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI platform company that is transforming how businesses handle voice communications. Our client builds and operates voice agents that perform real work—scheduling appointments, processing inquiries, and managing workflows that integrate deeply into customer systems. This is a hands-on implementation role where you'll translate client requirements into working voice agents that handle live calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops with clients, from executive leadership to department specialists, to define how voice agents should operate
• Build and configure voice agents on the platform, integrating them into client systems via custom tools and APIs
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure agents handle real-world scenarios and edge cases reliably
• Serve as ongoing technical point of contact for clients post-launch, managing agent refinement and evolution
• Channel structured customer feedback back to the product team to improve platform capabilities and templates
• Document processes and maintain clear implementation standards

What We're Looking For

Core Competencies:

• Structured thinking—you can translate complex, often ambiguous client processes into clear, executable logic
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, from C-level to IT teams
• Meticulous attention to detail—agents handling live customer calls must function flawlessly
• Pragmatic problem-solving approach with a "get-it-done" mentality

Technical Requirements:

• Solid understanding of REST APIs—you can read, debug, and work with API calls
• Foundational programming knowledge and technical aptitude
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflow
• Fluent in German and English (required for client-facing work in Berlin)

Preferred Background:

• Experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer success roles
• Background working with SaaS platforms or AI-driven products
• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus
