Social Media Manager/in (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential premium interior design business in Aachen, and our talent team is searching for a Social Media Manager to drive digital presence across B2B and B2C audiences.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and evolve social media strategy that translates a premium brand into relevant digital formats for diverse target audiences
• Create and produce social media content independently, including copywriting, storytelling, photography, video, and recurring formats
• Coordinate photo, video, and graphic productions, collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners
• Manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and content publication across relevant channels
• Build and manage community engagement by responding to messages and comments and developing ongoing dialogue
• Monitor platform trends, content formats, and cultural movements to evaluate what aligns with brand values
• Analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and other KPIs to optimize content strategy
• Plan and manage paid social media initiatives and monitor their performance
• Utilize AI tools strategically to enhance content development, research, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure brand consistency in language, visual identity, content, and tone across all digital channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, sales, and other teams to source stories and projects for compelling content

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing with demonstrable results managing channels and developing brand presence
• Understanding of social media as a professional communications and marketing channel, not just a platform for individual posts
• Strong aesthetic sense for premium content, visual storytelling, and brand identity
• Genuine interest in interior design, architecture, and lifestyle with ability to adapt to a premium brand's visual world
• Ability to both conceptualize and execute content—from ideation through production, publication, and continuous optimization
• Understanding of distinct B2B and B2C communication requirements and ability to adapt content accordingly
• Platform expertise across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube with knowledge that content performs differently on each channel
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills, high quality standards, and ownership mentality
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI, using them as tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
• German language proficiency required for this Aachen-based position
• This role is available in full-time or part-time capacity
