About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial manufacturing organization in the Wiesbaden area that requires a Junior Marketing Manager B2B (m/w/d) to join their growing marketing team. Our client is an established player in the industrial technology sector with a global customer base and a collaborative work environment.

This role is based in Mainz-Kastel and offers the opportunity to gain broad marketing experience across events, digital channels, and analytics in a B2B technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of trade shows, industry events, and customer training sessions
• Compile and maintain product information materials, presentations, and customer case studies for solution marketing initiatives
• Manage and develop the company's online presence and social media channels, ensuring content is current and engaging
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities through campaign analytics and performance tracking
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy

What We're Looking For

• Completed training or degree in marketing or a related field
• Strong proficiency with MS 365 applications and basic experience with CRM systems
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is preferred
• German and English language skills at C1 level or equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with strong teamwork skills
• Organized, analytical thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities
• Self-motivated marketing generalist who thrives in an international business environment
• Eye for media design with hands-on experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud; photography skills are a plus
• Technical aptitude or genuine interest in machinery and industrial processes is ideal
