About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential industrial technology organization in the Wiesbaden area seeking a Junior Marketing Manager B2B (m/w/d) for a part-time role. Our client develops specialized equipment for manufacturing and industrial processes with a global customer base. This position, based in Mainz-Kastel, offers at least 25 hours per week and provides an excellent entry point for marketing professionals who want to grow in the B2B technical sector.
Responsibilities
- Support event management activities including trade shows, industry events, and customer training sessions
- Develop and maintain product information materials, presentations, and case studies for solution marketing
- Manage and enhance online presence and social media channels
- Track marketing performance metrics, conduct campaign analysis, and monitor market and competitor activities
- Collaborate with international teams to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship or degree in marketing or related field
- Strong proficiency with MS 365 applications
- Basic experience with CRM systems and preferably some exposure to content management systems (CMS)
- German and English language skills at C1 level
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with strong teamwork orientation
- Organized, analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving
- Self-motivated marketing generalist who thrives in international environments
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud; photography skills are a plus
- Technical aptitude or interest in machinery and industrial processes is ideal
