About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cloud analytics organization seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for their Central region. This is a strategic role focused on enterprise account growth, retention, and helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data analytics investments.
This position requires deep expertise in business intelligence and analytics, with a proven track record of driving Net Dollar Retention through consultative customer engagement and strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers at high-value enterprise accounts
- Leverage analytics and business intelligence expertise to guide customers in optimizing their platform usage and deriving actionable insights from their data
- Develop and execute NDR growth strategies, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while proactively reducing churn
- Serve as customer advocate to the product team, championing features and enhancements that drive satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with customers to develop success plans that align platform capabilities with business objectives
- Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to increase product adoption and engagement across user bases
- Navigate complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in customer success, account management, or consultative roles within SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with demonstrated ability to grow customer relationships and drive net dollar retention
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to use data effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; skilled at building trust and driving engagement
- Highly preferred: Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Highly preferred: ETL experience and production business intelligence implementation experience
- Startup experience is a plus

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 annually. The role also includes variable compensation based on goal achievement, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.
