Agent Deployment Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company backed by top-tier European venture capital. Our client is building autonomous agent systems for enterprise operations in a complex B2B environment. They are already in production with major global customers and are scaling rapidly.

We are seeking an experienced Agent Deployment Manager to own the complete implementation lifecycle for AI systems with enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role where you will turn signed contracts into production deployments that deliver measurable business value. You will define deployment processes, drive customer adoption, and build the foundation for scaling to hundreds of enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live, hypercare, large-scale rollout, and use-case expansion
• Work directly with customer stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams to map workflows, configure AI agents, and drive adoption
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate system integrations, and provide customer feedback
• Develop and improve deployment playbooks, escalation processes, and operational readiness frameworks
• Create repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that enable team scaling while compressing deployment cycles and time-to-value
• Lead change management and operator training programs, converting skeptical users into advocates who trust and rely on AI systems

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in a B2B environment
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, build trust with diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams
• Bias for action and getting things done, even when the path forward is unclear
• Strong understanding of how enterprise software works, including APIs, databases, system architectures, and integrations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver on time across multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English required; German is a strong plus
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or software development is a significant advantage
• Location: Berlin office preferred, hybrid setups considered

Pay
