Field Marketing Specialist – ANZ

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for a Field Marketing Specialist to support ANZ growth initiatives. Our talent team is partnering with a fast-moving company that builds secure solutions for cloud-native and DevOps environments. This role reports into the regional field marketing leadership and works closely with sales, partner teams, and global marketing functions.

You will execute localized demand generation campaigns, coordinate event activations across Australia and New Zealand, and support the ANZ sales organization with pipeline-building initiatives. This is a hands-on position ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimization of ANZ demand generation campaigns across digital channels, field events, and partner marketing programs
• Coordinate logistics for local activations including trade shows, customer meetups, webinars, and virtual experiences
• Manage event documentation, speaker preparation, and post-event follow-up tracking
• Track leads generated from ANZ field programs, monitor pipeline influence, and collaborate with business development and sales teams on reporting
• Develop sales enablement materials including toolkits, event presentations, one-pagers, and campaign briefings for the ANZ market
• Partner with third-party agencies and vendors to ensure quality execution of regional deliverables
• Regionalize global content initiatives for Australian and New Zealand audiences

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in technology companies, preferably within security, cloud-native, or developer tooling sectors
• Demonstrated experience supporting field or regional marketing initiatives in the ANZ market
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proven track record collaborating cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing, partner teams, and operations
• Comfort working in fast-paced, remote-first startup environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% across Australia and New Zealand for events and team collaboration
