Digital Campaign Manager (Mensch)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency in Frankfurt seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to own the technical execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and partners.

In this role, you will:

• Campaign Management: Execute digital campaigns from setup through delivery, including technical configuration and measurement implementation. Conduct ongoing performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve campaign results.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with strategy, planning, and ad operations teams, as well as specialist teams in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising to ensure seamless campaign workflows.
• Technical Implementation: Ensure optimal processes between publishers, ad servers (Google Campaign Manager and Adform), and third-party providers such as Nielsen, IAS, and DoubleVerify.
• Creative Coordination: Manage coordination with creative agencies for production of planned advertising materials.
• Monitoring and Pacing: Continuously monitor campaign delivery, intervene when anomalies or low performance occur, and control pacing to ensure booked delivery targets are met.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs, derive learnings, and develop optimization approaches to improve results.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Completed degree or vocational training in marketing, media, business, or a related field.
• Experience and Expertise: Professional experience in digital marketing, ideally as an ad or campaign manager. Strong knowledge of key online KPIs and reporting experience preferred.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with third-party tracking capabilities and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Tools and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and strong analytical capabilities.
• Work Style: Reliable, independent, and structured approach to work, along with resilience and team orientation.
• Language: Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal.
