Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking a Group Head Paid Social to lead strategic development and cross-market execution of paid social campaigns for a major global technology client. You will serve as the visionary point of contact for both the client and internal specialist teams.

• Strategic Account Leadership: Guide long-term paid social direction across multiple workstreams, aligning with overarching client objectives, measurement priorities, and cross-platform best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain excellent, trust-based relationships with senior client contacts, key platform partners (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest), and internal interfaces.
• Quality & Process Optimization: Continuously evolve paid social processes, governance guidelines, and workflows to drive efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards across the team.
• Strategic Consulting: Act as a thought leader for internal teams and client-side media and marketing campaign leads, sharpening briefs and defining forward-thinking campaign approaches.
• Innovation & Trend Scouting: Proactively identify industry trends, new product releases, and strategic testing scenarios to deliver ongoing competitive advantages.
• Regional Standardization: Ensure adherence to global control processes across the account team and play a leading role in shaping the regional social media strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Agency Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of deep hands-on experience on the digital agency side managing multi-million-dollar social campaigns across the EMEA region.
• Platform Excellence: Demonstrable expert knowledge across all relevant channels including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and Pinterest; platform certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint) are a strong plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English (written and spoken) for seamless daily communication in a highly international team and client environment.
• Analytical Excellence: Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to translate complex raw data into clear, strategic, immediately actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Communication Strength: Outstanding interpersonal skills, pronounced team spirit, and the ability to act as a "translator" between complex technical details and strategic consulting.
• Tech & Tool Affinity: Solid understanding of optimization levers and ideally experience with third-party tools for automation, feed management, or creatives (e.g., Smartly.io, Sprinklr).
