(Senior) Product Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – AI LegalTech

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential LegalTech client in Germany that is reshaping how legal professionals work with AI-powered solutions. Our client has experienced rapid growth, completed significant funding, and serves thousands of legal practitioners across Europe. As they enter their next growth phase, they need a strategic product marketing leader to bridge their deep market understanding with their go-to-market execution.

We are seeking a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager to ensure their AI product is clearly positioned, understood, and successfully sold in the market. You will report to the VP Marketing and collaborate closely with leadership, product, sales, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging frameworks for the product and ensure consistency across all channels (approximately 30% of your time)
• Create positioning and narratives for product and feature launches with clear differentiation from established competitors
• Continuously expand website content covering products, features, use cases, and practice areas (approximately 30% of your time)
• Develop testimonials, references, and case studies in collaboration with customers
• Conduct ongoing audience analysis and market trend research in the LegalTech space, feeding insights into product and marketing planning including buyer personas and ICPs (approximately 15% of your time)
• Build competitive intelligence and battle cards for the sales team
• Support sales enablement materials and training content (approximately 15% of your time)
• Serve as a sparring partner in evolving product pricing and packaging strategies (approximately 10% of your time)

What We're Looking For

• Location in or around Berlin or Cologne, Germany
• Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience (mid-level to senior), ideally with significant exposure to B2B SaaS or AI environments (SMB focus advantageous)
• Demonstrated strength in narrative development, copywriting, and messaging—you translate complex product topics into clear, compelling language
• Experience building sales enablement programs and working closely with sales teams
• Experience developing and evolving corporate website content
• Structured, self-directed work style with high personal quality standards
• Fluent German and very good English
• Experience in the legal industry is a significant plus, though prior LegalTech experience is not required
