Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their global customer success operations in Colombia. This is a remote, full-time role for an individual contributor with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Our client operates payment infrastructure at scale, serving enterprise customers across multiple countries. You'll be joining the frontline team responsible for maintaining operational reliability and responding to critical technical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain real-time monitoring systems to ensure visibility into critical workflows and prevent incidents from escalating
• Provide technical support to clients as the main point of contact for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and incident escalation
• Assist backend engineering teams with scripting, bug reproduction, log analysis, and basic API testing
• Create and standardize operational processes that enable the team to scale while maintaining consistent service quality
• Analyze recurring issues and propose data-driven improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
• Ensure continuous operational coverage through well-structured shift handovers
• Participate in development activities to build hands-on backend knowledge
• Identify gaps in current tools and workflows and recommend solutions

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Fluent English (written and verbal communication)
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support, NOC operations, or a similar technical role
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and alerting systems
• Coding experience including scripting, debugging, or log analysis
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to assist users with integration or connectivity issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Customer empathy and service-oriented approach
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
