We are representing a confidential auto finance organization seeking an Account Solutions Representative to join their collections team. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, offering a structured career path and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

As an Account Solutions Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers who are past due on their auto loan payments
• Work professionally and respectfully to help customers bring their accounts current
• Create solutions to prevent vehicle repossession and assist customers in maintaining payment schedules
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company systems
• Follow established call models to set up payment arrangements based on individual customer situations
• Provide additional customer service support as needed
• Ensure all collections activities comply with legal guidelines and company policies

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma
• High-speed internet connection with minimum 15mbps download speed
• Ability to work assigned schedule including weekend availability
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Previous customer service or collections experience in a call center environment
• Background in finance or automotive industry
• Demonstrated experience in roles requiring persuasive communication or customer support

Schedule Details:

Mandatory 5-week virtual training: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST starting November 9, 2026. After training, you'll choose from flexible schedule options that include set days, flex days where you pick your hours, and weekend shifts (Pacific Time).
