About This Opportunity

We are representing a growing healthcare technology organization based in Hamburg that is seeking a working student to support their VP of Services & Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while pursuing your studies, working 20 hours per week in a role that combines administrative excellence with strategic business operations.

In this position, you'll work closely with senior leadership on organizational, administrative, and operational tasks that directly impact the company's growth trajectory. You'll gain exposure to multiple departments and develop skills in coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and creation of client briefings and presentations
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and documentation
• Handle organizational and administrative tasks in daily operations
• Maintain and update data, documents, and internal systems
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, including documenting results and action items
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Sales, (Healthcare) Management, Health Sciences, or a comparable field
• Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style
• Strong organizational skills and service-oriented mindset
• Excellent MS Office proficiency, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Enthusiasm for coordinating diverse topics and taking ownership of responsibilities
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Availability for 20 hours per week
