Our talent team is representing a confidential social impact consultancy based in Berlin. This organization brings together stakeholders from business, civil society, philanthropy, and the public sector to drive collaborative solutions to society's most pressing challenges.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant and Program Manager for Cross-Sector Partnerships & Collective Impact to join their team. This role combines strategic consulting, network development, and program management to create meaningful partnerships that generate measurable social impact.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate connections between actors from business, civil society, philanthropy, and the public sector to initiate high-impact collaborations
• Design and moderate established dialogue formats in both physical and digital spaces
• Take a central role in managing programs that connect impact startups with corporations, investors, and enablers from science, government, and civil society
• Lead a corporate citizenship working group, developing it strategically and recruiting new corporate participants
• Design collaborative initiatives with representatives from business, civil society, and public institutions to advance effective corporate social responsibility
• Conceive, acquire, and manage consulting and cooperation projects from start to finish
• Provide strategic consulting to startups seeking to increase their impact or find investors
• Guide partnerships between corporations and nonprofits through both process and content
• Independently steer complex projects from conception through partner management to implementation and evaluation
• Ensure projects deliver social value while maintaining economic viability

What We're Looking For

• Passion for social transformation, sustainable business practices, and cross-sector collaboration
• Energy, persuasiveness, and empathy to build trust and unite people around common goals, including inspiring skeptical stakeholders
• Consulting experience, ideally with startups, investors, or corporations on strategy or organizational development questions
• Ability to design consulting processes, conduct them independently, and deliver robust results
• Track record building or intensively managing networks, ideally involving business and startup ecosystem actors
• Skill in quickly identifying relevant stakeholders and connecting them with target audiences
• Experience with multi-stakeholder processes or collective impact approaches
• Comfort working with decision-makers at executive or leadership level
• Proven experience developing and winning partners, clients, or funders
• Demonstrated ability leading complex projects independently
• Fluency in German required; English proficiency valued
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week) with part-time options available up to 80%. The initial contract is for two years. The role offers 30 days annual leave, flexible working hours with time banking, regular remote work options in Germany, and up to two international workation periods annually.
