Verantwortlichkeiten
- Koordination und Überwachung der Bauausführung im Hochbau und Schlüsselfertigbau
- Führung der eigenen Kolonne sowie Koordination von Nachunternehmern vor Ort
- Umsetzung der Ausführungsplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
- Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle
- Materialdisposition und Koordination des Geräteeinsatzes
- Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Berichtswesen
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe mit Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Werkpolier
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauausführung im Hochbau oder Schlüsselfertigbau
- Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke und handwerkliches Können
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Organisationstalent
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
