Werkstudent im Asset Management Energy (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential industrial organization in Germany, is seeking a working student to join their Energy Asset Management team. In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing development of asset management processes across multiple business units.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and optimization of asset management processes, including criticality analysis of industrial facilities, maintenance workflows, availability reporting, and project management activities
• Analyzing structured data and creating targeted dashboards for different stakeholder groups
• Accelerating processes through digitalization initiatives
• Developing Power BI dashboards for management and technical departments
• Supporting AI-assisted process analyses and knowledge database development
• Automating recurring evaluations and reports
• Creating prototypes using Microsoft Copilot or the Power Platform
• Working collaboratively with end users from technical departments, digitalization experts, and experienced asset managers to develop independent new concepts

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in a STEM field such as Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Process Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Practical experience with low-code/no-code applications, programming languages, data analysis, or AI tools (e.g., Grafana, Copilot, Python, or Power BI)
• Previous exposure to industrial companies is advantageous
• Enthusiasm for connecting real-world industrial facilities with data-driven methods
• Ability to actively develop, present, and implement new solution approaches
• Strong interest in modern digitalization solutions, including AI applications
• German language proficiency required for this position in Leverkusen
