Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a motivated Trainee (m/w/d) for a structured career path in financial sales and advisory. This role offers comprehensive training with clear career progression toward becoming a licensed financial advisor.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Learning to conduct professional client consultations, identifying needs, and offering tailored financial solutions
• Supporting customer acquisition and advisory services while gradually building your own client portfolio
• Creating financial analyses and concepts covering insurance, retirement planning, investments, and wealth building
• Working closely with experienced advisors to understand all core sales and advisory processes
• Participating in structured team collaboration and receiving personal mentoring throughout your development

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Abitur, completed commercial training, or equivalent/higher qualification
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level or native speaker)
• Current residence in Germany
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment working with people
• Reliability, initiative, and structured work approach
