About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential facility services organization in the Haan area of Nordrhein-Westfalen. Our client is seeking a Teamleiter/Vorarbeiter for their building cleaning operations—someone who can lead by example, ensure quality standards, and foster a positive team environment.

This is a part-time supervisory role (20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 06:00–10:00) combining hands-on cleaning work with team coordination and client communication responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the cleaning team in daily operations, providing on-site guidance and motivation
• Onboard and train new cleaning staff, ensuring they understand quality standards and procedures
• Perform cleaning tasks alongside your team, demonstrating best practices
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain high cleaning standards across assigned facilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing questions and concerns professionally
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Use digital tools (iPad or mobile device) to document work, track progress, and optimize workflows

What We're Looking For

• A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
• Friendly, service-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and coordinate a team while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere
• Reliable and organized approach to work
• Driver's license (Class B) is advantageous
• Comfort with basic digital tools for documentation and communication
• German language proficiency required for client and team communication

Pay
