About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential pet wellness organization in a search for a Customer Experience Associate. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional service to pet parents across the United States, and we're seeking team members who share a passion for animals and customer care.
This is a remote position with quarterly in-person requirements. Candidates must reside within approximately one hour of either Salt Lake City, UT or Nashville, TN to participate in required quarterly offsites.
Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable customer experiences that build long-term relationships with pet parents
- Manage customer relationships across multiple communication channels including email, phone, and order management systems
- Accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions
- Support initiatives to create a world-class customer experience
- Contribute to team development in both performance metrics and career growth
- Lead projects and initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Previous experience in customer-centric roles such as retail or food service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new challenges
- Patience and empathy when addressing customer concerns
- Genuine love for animals, particularly dogs
- Experience with pets or health foods preferred
- Familiarity with Gladly or similar customer service platforms is a plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment
