About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Manager, Solutions Consultants to lead a high-performing technical sales team in London. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who excels at coaching technical sellers through complex B2B sales cycles while owning full commercial accountability for new business, expansion, and renewals across the UK and Ireland region.

This position requires on-site presence Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week in central London, working alongside a collaborative go-to-market team building the future of workplace collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial performance across your team for new logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and renewal outcomes—accountable for both results and execution quality
• Coach Solutions Consultants on technical sales methodology: workflow analysis, solution architecture discussions, live product demonstrations, and value articulation throughout the sales cycle
• Lead regional operating rhythm including weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call coaching against quality standards, and forecast alignment with senior leadership
• Hire, onboard, and certify new team members to technical sales standards—driving readiness from ramp through consistent performance, managing underperformance with clarity when needed
• Partner with business development leadership on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification criteria to maintain healthy team capacity
• Collaborate with customer success teams on seamless handoffs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategies
• Provide clear leadership visibility on what's working, where investment is needed, and where execution gaps exist

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in technical sales, workflow consulting, or solutions engineering—you can coach because you've done it yourself
• Frontline sales management experience building operating cadence, developing talent from onboarding through peak performance, and managing accountability
• Strong coaching ability: can observe a demo or deal review and provide specific, actionable feedback on technique—not just outcomes
• Commercial acumen at team level: ability to assess pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency without micromanagement
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to adopt new technologies to improve team performance

Preferred:

• Experience in consumption-based or usage-driven business models where adoption metrics matter as much as closed revenue
• Track record building regional teams from early stages: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification frameworks, and performance systems

Pay

The target total on-target earnings for this role is approximately £294,000 per year, including base salary and incentive compensation. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and role scope.
