Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Principal GSI Partner Manager to drive strategic partnerships across EMEA. In this remote role, you will build and nurture relationships with Global Systems Integrator partners to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and recruiting new strategic Global SI partners to expand market reach
- Enabling and activating existing GSI partners through comprehensive training, strategic planning, and joint selling initiatives
- Coordinating technical and marketing elements of partnership launches
- Hosting regular business reviews with partners to ensure accountability and track success metrics
- Collaborating closely with regional enterprise and commercial sales teams
- Generating partner-sourced pipeline and driving revenue through channel relationships
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a seasoned partnership professional with:
- 10+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within cloud services or SaaS organizations
- Proven track record driving sales opportunities from lead generation through closure, with strong negotiation skills and partnership-building expertise
- Deep understanding of and hands-on experience working with leading Global and regional Systems Integrators
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and communicate them effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time across EMEA
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to take initiatives from concept to measurable impact
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Background in SaaS and consumption-based software platforms
- Experience identifying market opportunities and executing go-to-market plans with strong sales follow-through
- Technical background or education is a plus
- Experience with cloud infrastructure partnerships, DevOps, or container technologies is valued
