About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization with a strong presence across Europe. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Paris team and deliver exceptional support to French-speaking customers in the print and design space.
In this role, you'll serve as the trusted point of contact for customers navigating product options, placing orders, and ensuring their projects are completed to specification. You'll collaborate with production teams and provide guidance from initial inquiry through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
- Support customers with order placement and provide expert recommendations on product options
- Make minor adjustments to design files as needed to meet production requirements
- Coordinate with international production teams to provide customers with accurate status updates
- Ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout the customer journey
- Maintain a solutions-focused approach when addressing customer concerns or challenges
What We're Looking For
- Background in graphic design, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer support or customer service roles
- Hands-on experience in print or graphic design environments is highly valued
- Native-level fluency in French
- Strong command of English and/or German
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Paris region
- Friendly, patient, and proactive communication style
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically to resolve issues
