Werkstudent*in Strategy / Research (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential communications agency in Berlin seeking a working student for their Strategy and Research function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, and data analysis while completing your studies.

We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 18 months and is available to start soon. This role offers the potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify audience-relevant insights and trends
• Support the development of brand and communication strategies
• Assist in mapping customer journeys
• Research and evaluate consumer behavior and societal trends
• Support planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Help define and analyze brand and campaign KPIs
• Work with tracking data, social listening tools, search volumes, and market research

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business Psychology, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to distill complex topics into concise summaries
• Genuine interest in people, brands, audiences, current events, and data
• Comfort working with data and statistics
• Ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently
• Conscientious and responsible approach to assigned tasks
• Previous internship experience is beneficial but not required
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based position
