Our client is advancing conversational AI systems and needs native German speakers to help evaluate and improve AI-generated responses. This part-time, remote role offers 10+ hours per week with the freedom to work whenever suits your schedule—ideal for students, professionals seeking supplementary income, parents, or anyone looking for flexible remote work.

Responsibilities

• Engage in structured voice conversations with AI models through a designated evaluation platform
• Follow specific scenarios and prompts provided for each interaction session
• Assess AI-generated responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality
• Provide objective ratings and detailed feedback according to established project guidelines
• Complete assigned evaluation tasks while meeting quality standards and productivity targets
• Maintain consistency in evaluation criteria across multiple sessions

What We're Looking For

• Native-level fluency in German (required)
• English proficiency at B2–C2 level (fluent or advanced)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Reliable internet connection and quiet space for voice evaluation work
• Self-motivated with excellent time management for flexible scheduling
• Preferred: Background in machine learning, data annotation, data quality assurance, or data preprocessing
• Must be located in Germany and authorized to work as a freelancer or private individual
