Langfuse – Product Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to craft clear, compelling narratives for a technical product that sits at the intersection of AI application development and observability tooling. This is an opportunity to work at the frontier of how engineering teams build production AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate across developer, technical buyer, and enterprise stakeholder audiences
• Own category narratives around LLM observability, evaluations, prompt management, agent observability, and self-hosting strategies
• Create comprehensive sales enablement materials and marketing collateral including website content, blog posts, webinars, presentations, and product launch narratives
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and inform product and marketing strategy
• Lead product and feature launches from concept through execution
• Evaluate marketing strategies using metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive data-informed recommendations
• Engage directly with users, customers, prospects, sales teams, support staff, and community members to inform positioning

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in product marketing, product management, or a technical role with exposure to industry or vertical marketing
• Proven track record crafting compelling messaging for highly technical audiences including developers, AI teams, and enterprise decision-makers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Technical background sufficient to use developer tools, understand the product deeply, and earn credibility with engineering audiences
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and metrics to measure performance in open-source product-led growth funnels
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across teams and organizational levels
• Background in dev tools, open source, observability, or data/cloud infrastructure is a strong plus
• Existing public content portfolio or writing presence is advantageous
