We are representing a confidential strategy consulting organization based in Hamburg that is seeking a motivated Trainee Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) to join their sales and business development team. Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone-based outreach to prospective new clients
• Lead initial discovery calls to assess client needs and qualification
• Follow up with existing contacts and leads in the CRM system
• Schedule, prepare, and coordinate appointments for senior consultants
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and pipeline management
• Participate actively in the internal trainee development program

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and persuasive ability
• Enthusiasm for telephone-based client interaction
• Willingness to learn sales methodologies from foundational principles
• Quick learner with high discipline and ability to follow established processes
• Excellent written and verbal German language skills (error-free communication required)
