Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital agency in Hamburg seeking a Senior Automation and Integration Specialist. In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern tools, ensuring seamless system integration and data flows.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Automating business processes using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Building, maintaining, and managing Airtable databases
• Developing front-ends and interfaces with no-code/low-code tools
• Managing and advancing CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
• Planning, implementing, and deploying new business processes
• Documenting and designing digital business workflows
• Training and supporting end users

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or IT training with several years of demonstrable professional experience in IT/automation
• Strong analytical-methodical and structured thinking with excellent analytical capabilities and quick comprehension
• Multiple years of project management experience with high discipline and strong organizational skills
• Results and solution-oriented approach with the ability to not only understand existing processes but independently optimize them sustainably
• Excellent teamwork abilities, very strong communication skills, and confident, professional demeanor
• Excellent written expression in German
• High resilience and professional handling of performance pressure
