Fullstack Entwickler (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital agency in Hamburg seeking a Fullstack Developer to join their IT and Business Development team. In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern low-code and no-code platforms. You'll ensure systems integrate seamlessly, data flows function smoothly, and operational efficiency continuously improves.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Automating business processes using low-code/no-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Building, maintaining, and managing Airtable databases
• Developing front-ends and interfaces with low-code/no-code solutions
• Managing and advancing the CRM system, particularly HubSpot
• Planning, implementing, and deploying new business processes
• Documenting and conceptualizing digital business workflows
• Providing user training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or completed training in IT, or demonstrable experience in IT/automation
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with excellent analytical abilities and quick comprehension
• Experience in project management along with strong discipline and organizational capability
• Results-oriented and solution-focused working style with the ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes
• Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident presence
• Very good written expression in German
• Resilience and ability to handle performance pressure effectively
• Experience or willingness to quickly learn low-code/no-code solutions and API tools
