About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Hamburg that specializes in social media strategies for skilled trades and mid-market companies. Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive process systematization, implement new technologies, and lead strategic projects that support continued organizational growth.

As Senior IT Project Manager, you will work directly with leadership to establish scalable business processes, optimize workflows, lead IT system implementations, and create training materials for internal teams. This is a hands-on role combining process design, project leadership, and change management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement business processes and workflows to support company scaling and growth
• Analyze existing processes across departments, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead IT system implementation projects from planning through deployment and adoption
• Manage internal strategic projects that advance organizational objectives
• Document standardized processes and create training materials for the internal learning platform
• Conduct employee training sessions on new systems, processes, and workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure process alignment and successful change management

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience building, optimizing, and managing business processes in a growing company environment
• Proven track record implementing and advancing IT systems and leading complex digitalization projects
• Strong project management expertise with experience leading and executing internal projects
• Background in process analysis, improvement, documentation, and standardization
• Practical experience creating training materials and delivering internal training programs
• Analytical, structured thinking with strong organizational skills and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent comprehension, high discipline, and precision when working under pressure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Team-oriented with confident presence, independent work style, and self-motivation
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
