About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global management consulting organization seeking an experienced Management Consultant specializing in Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes transformation projects alongside senior leadership teams across Europe.

Our talent team partners with clients facing critical business challenges where measurable results matter most. You'll join small, experienced teams delivering pragmatic, hands-on solutions in time-sensitive situations with significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on value creation across the supply chain
• Drive profit improvement initiatives spanning the entire value chain
• Design and implement operational excellence programs and manufacturing footprint optimization
• Manage outsourcing, offshoring, and nearshoring strategies
• Develop and execute workforce optimization and personnel management solutions
• Implement shared services centers and continuous improvement frameworks
• Conduct zero-based budgeting exercises and clean sheet analysis
• Optimize overhead costs and indirect spend categories
• Coordinate multiple work streams while taking full ownership of assigned areas
• Present findings and recommendations directly to C-level executives and board members

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in operations and supply chain
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and modeling capabilities
• Deep understanding of financial statements and value creation metrics
• Demonstrated ability to develop implementation-focused, high-quality solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
• Problem-solving oriented with entrepreneurial and highly analytical mindset
• Master's degree, Diploma, PhD or equivalent qualification with strong academic background
• Fluent German and English required; additional languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively within a hybrid working model (remote, office, client site)
• Valid work authorization permitting travel and employment throughout the EU
