Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an HR Advisor (m/f/d) to join their team at the earliest possible date. In this role, you will:
- Manage HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring through exit
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Draft employment contracts and other personnel documentation
- Maintain employee master data and digital personnel files
- Support organizational changes and assist with employment law matters
- Prepare certificates, references, and other HR documents
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Process applications for training and professional development programs
- Handle general HR administration while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial or HR-focused qualification with relevant additional certification, or comparable qualification with several years of HR experience
- Ideally, proven experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment law, collective bargaining, social insurance, and works council regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High degree of reliability and attention to detail
- Fluent German language skills (negotiation-level)
