Support Coordinators

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential language technology client seeking two Payment Support Coordinators for a short-term contract engagement. This is a remote opportunity focused on resolving a payment queue backlog and restoring reliable service for a global network of language professionals.

You'll work hands-on with payment systems, triaging and resolving issues across multiple platforms while collaborating with coordinators, finance teams, and engineering as needed.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to payment support tickets in Jira, prioritizing by urgency and issue type
• Investigate payment failures, discrepancies, and delays across translation platforms and payment processors including Tipalti, PayPal, and Payoneer
• Resolve common payment issues: profile corrections, two-factor authentication resets, banking detail mismatches, and manual payment re-logging
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with service providers to gather information and provide timely updates
• Escalate technical issues and rate discrepancies to appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and contribute to weekly reporting on queue volume and SLA performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience in payments, finance operations, or customer/vendor support roles
• Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously (Jira, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ticketing platforms)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills for handling complex payment disputes
• Ability to work independently, manage high-volume queues, and recognize when to escalate issues
• Experience with Tipalti or international payment platforms strongly preferred
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a valuable asset given the global nature of the work
