Partner Sales manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for a Partner Sales Manager based in France. Our client operates at the forefront of cloud infrastructure solutions, serving thousands of enterprise customers worldwide. This is a quota-carrying role for an experienced channel sales professional who thrives on driving cloud marketplace revenue and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new cloud revenue opportunities through Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Build and accelerate pipeline through co-sell motions with CSP partners, registering opportunities through partner portals
• Plan and execute regional events with cloud, reseller, and systems integrator partners to generate leads and increase conversion
• Develop and execute joint business plans with VAR, distribution, and deployment partners across the region
• Conduct account planning sessions and technical enablement at cloud provider offices
• Deliver accurate weekly and quarterly forecasts demonstrating clear revenue impact
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure continuous lead flow and deal acceleration through channel programs
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new co-selling opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record sourcing and influencing deals within the cloud partner ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong existing network within the cloud and channel partner community
• Experience selling PaaS or infrastructure solutions through indirect channels
• Ability to work directly with field sales teams to drive deal velocity and closure
• Executive presence and collaboration skills to work with sales leadership
• Comfortable in a quota-based role with 30-50% travel, including regular visits to cloud provider offices
• Fluency in French plus one additional European language
• Technical understanding of cloud and data/AI solutions (preferred)
• Data-driven approach to business planning and execution

Pay

Base salary for this position ranges from €140,000 to €175,000, with additional sales commission potential. This role also includes equity grants. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
