Client Success Account Executive, Clinical

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in a strategic Client Success Account Executive role focused on clinical implementation and lifecycle management. Our client empowers healthcare teams with real-time clinical decision support tools that measurably improve patient outcomes.

In this position, you'll serve as the primary strategic contact for health system accounts, guiding implementation, driving adoption among clinical teams, and utilizing data to demonstrate impact and unlock expansion opportunities. This role requires both clinical credibility and executive presence to influence stakeholders from the C-suite to frontline care teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for health system clients throughout implementation and the entire account lifecycle
• Cultivate and manage relationships with clinical executives, physician leaders, and nursing stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations
• Design and execute strategic engagement frameworks that drive platform adoption among nursing and physician users
• Utilize clinical and operational data to demonstrate value, optimize workflows, reduce time to treatment, and improve patient outcomes
• Lead cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing account health
• Build compelling narratives around clinical value that unlock natural expansion into additional modules and use cases
• Develop repeatable success processes and contribute voice-of-customer insights to inform product development
• Support clinical research evaluation efforts and communicate findings to diverse stakeholder audiences
• Drive renewals and expansion revenue through demonstrated clinical and operational impact

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting managing high-priority customer accounts
• Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion revenue
• Clinical background as a nurse, therapist, or advanced practitioner with credibility to discuss clinical workflows and decision-making
• Ability to effectively communicate the value of clinical decision support tools in driving patient outcomes
• Executive presence with demonstrated ability to lead and influence both executive teams and frontline clinical staff
• Results-oriented approach with history of exceeding expectations and driving continuous improvement
• Location: USA-based, remote role

Preferred:

• 3+ years of proven ability to drive measurable value and unlock expansion opportunities specifically with health system clients
• Experience working directly with health system executives and leveraging technology platforms to drive clinical and operational outcomes
• Background in clinical research or quality improvement projects with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate clinical research findings to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds
