Project Manager – US Remote

About the Role

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join their growing services team. This is a fully remote position based in the USA.

In this role, you will serve as the driving force behind successful software deployments in ambulatory and enterprise healthcare environments. You will own the project lifecycle from post-sale transition through go-live, working collaboratively with customer project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of clinical software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transitions from sales to services and eventually to customer success for long-term support
• Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with healthcare clients
• Modify standard project plans to meet specific Statement of Work requirements
• Assign appropriate resources in consultation with implementation managers
• Track project progress using EPM tools, monitoring plans, work hours, and budgets
• Facilitate weekly project status calls with customer project managers
• Provide monthly status reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop relationships with hospital senior leadership teams
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Maintain issue and risk logs, creating mitigation strategies as needed
• Review, track, and manage project change orders
• Monitor and trigger billing milestones per signed agreements
• Prepare project completion documents and ensure quality deliverables
• Travel up to 10% or as required

What We're Looking For

• Must have experience managing Healthcare IT Projects such as EMR, EHR, or similar clinical systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and risk assessment
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite; Smartsheet experience preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in team-based environments
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation and documentation skills

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $90,000–$110,000 USD per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
