Licensed Practical Nurse | Licensed Vocational Nurse Patient Advocate (Contract | 100% Remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization that is reimagining how patients navigate the U.S. healthcare system. Our client is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a remote Patient Advocate role focused on Medicare populations.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or variable hours based on your availability. All patient interactions occur via phone or video; no in-person clinical work is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply your clinical LPN/LVN expertise in a remote care coordination setting using proprietary advocacy platforms and tools
• Build trusting relationships with Medicare members through empathetic listening and consistent engagement
• Assess patient situations holistically, prioritize interventions, and develop individualized care plans that evolve over time
• Address social determinants of health including transportation barriers, food insecurity, housing stability, and community support access
• Navigate complex healthcare scenarios and connect patients with appropriate resources and services
• Support patients in achieving their wellness goals through ongoing advocacy and care management

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience serving diverse patient populations from varied backgrounds and communities
• Strong clinical foundation rooted in patient advocacy and standing up for vulnerable individuals
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort learning and adopting new technology platforms quickly
• Self-directed work style with strong initiative and follow-through
• Must be based in the United States

Pay
