Change Management Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global technology consulting organization seeking a Change Management Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives across LATAM. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with enterprise clients on SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs, driving adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end change management strategies across technology transformation programs
• Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and engagement planning at all organizational levels
• Perform impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems
• Define adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks to track program success
• Design and execute comprehensive communication strategies and messaging plans
• Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for end users
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership, project teams, and employees
• Create and manage change assets including communications, training materials, and execution plans
• Drive adoption activities across discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases
• Support user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and go-live readiness activities
• Partner with technical delivery teams to align change initiatives with project timelines
• Track, analyze, and report on adoption metrics and transformation outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout the transformation journey

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in change management within technology-driven transformation programs
• Experience supporting enterprise implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, data platforms, or AI initiatives
• Proven ability to execute across the full change lifecycle from strategy development through measurement
• Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results independently in a remote setting
• Experience managing stakeholders across large, complex organizations
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities
• PROSCI ADKAR certification or equivalent change management certification preferred
• Location: LATAM region, remote
