Social Media Lead for Talent

Responsibilities

We are representing a client in the creator economy and digital education space who is searching for a Social Media Lead focused on talent growth. This is a unique opportunity to build content strategy infrastructure that drives real business outcomes for top-tier digital creators.

In this role, you will:

• Develop customized social media growth strategies for high-performing talent across Instagram and TikTok
• Research and track viral trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platform features daily
• Analyze weekly performance metrics for key talent and identify growth opportunities
• Conduct recurring viral content analysis and distribute actionable insights to the team
• Publish regular newsletters on social trends relevant to fitness, wellness, and lifestyle verticals
• Create detailed launch and campaign marketing kits with specific templates, post formats, caption frameworks, and timing guidance
• Build vertical-specific content Get A Job.ais for niches including Fitness, Yoga, CrossFit, and parenting content
• Develop frameworks that distinguish lead generation content from conversion-focused content
• Provide guidance on editing tools, techniques, and content retention strategies
• Own social growth tracking for the top 50 creators and surface weekly performance insights
• Support paid advertising creative strategy and feedback loops
