About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization based in Aschaffenburg, Germany, seeking an Auszubildende/r (Apprentice) for Marketing Communication (m/w/d).

Our client specializes in data-driven online marketing and performance campaigns. They focus on measurable results through digital channels, analytics, and strategic optimization.

This is a German vocational training program (Ausbildung) for candidates interested in understanding consumer behavior, digital advertising effectiveness, and the mechanics behind successful online campaigns.

Responsibilities

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will learn:

• How successful online marketing works—from initial concept through measurable campaign execution
• Strategic deployment of SEO, SEA, and social media with data-driven optimization techniques
• Target audience analysis and development of appropriate marketing measures
• Working with KPIs, metrics, and reporting to derive concrete action recommendations
• Creating, maintaining, and optimizing websites and landing pages for users and search engines
• Planning, setting up, and continuously improving advertising campaigns on platforms including Google, Facebook, and Instagram
• Professional use of various marketing tools and platforms—from content management systems to ad managers

What We're Looking For

• Successful completion of Mittlere Reife or Abitur/Fachabitur
• Enjoyment of working with numbers, data, and analytical thinking
• Interest in internet technologies, websites, advertising, and social networks
• Motivation to learn new skills and an independent working style
• Very good German and good English language skills
