Aufgaben
- Verwaltung und Pflege des Werkstatt-Terminplanungssystems
- Abgleich der verfügbaren Werkstattkapazitäten
- Sicherstellung der Mobilität für Kunden während Servicearbeiten
- Prüfung der Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit bei Terminvergabe
- Bearbeitung eingehender Serviceanfragen per Telefon
- Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden im Servicebereich
Was wir suchen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Gewissenhaftigkeit
