Account Executive Firm Expansion

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization in Paris that is expanding its sales team focused on accounting firm partnerships. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for accounting firms looking to deploy financial management solutions to their SME clients.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with partner accounting firms to identify SMEs in their portfolios that would benefit from modern financial software
• Organizing and executing field sales initiatives including physical events, webinars, and open house sessions to introduce the platform to SMEs
• Managing the complete sales cycle from qualification through demonstration to closing for SME prospects
• Collaborating closely with account executives who focus on accounting firm acquisition and account managers who coordinate monetization projects
• Contributing to process improvements and sharing best practices across the sales organization
• Providing customer feedback to product, customer care, and other teams to support continuous platform improvement

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a motivated sales professional who can thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Fluency in English (proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment
• Strong collaborative skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize high-impact business activities and maintain focus on results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
• A consultative sales approach with experience managing complex deal cycles

During your first three months, you'll complete a comprehensive sales academy, receive hands-on training from your manager, build proficiency with the platform, and begin managing simpler sales opportunities with support. By months 4-8, you'll handle increasingly complex and strategic deals independently, mentor newer team members, and take ownership of process improvement initiatives.
