We are representing a confidential SaaS company that is transforming how assurance and audit work gets done. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Audit product team and drive end-to-end design for complex workflows that practitioners depend on daily.
This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States. You'll report to the Director of Product Design and own significant problem spaces in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-quality, scalable implementations
- Drive design execution with minimal direction, operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI
- Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality
- Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints
- Own a significant product area or customer journey, anticipating downstream impacts across workflows and personas
- Set a high bar for craft and influence by contributing to the design system, mentoring peers, and serving as a trusted design voice
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in a Product Design role, ideally focused on complex, B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of thriving in fast-moving environments and operating effectively at high velocity without sacrificing judgment or craft
- Experience owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction
- Ability to think in systems and anticipate downstream impacts across workflows, personas, and adjacent product areas
- Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows (e.g., review, summarization, guidance)
- Have incorporated AI into your daily design practice — from research and synthesis to prototyping and iteration
- Excited to design AI-assisted workflows that meaningfully support professionals in their work
- Strong attention to usability, polish, and consistency in shipped work
- Track record of elevating teams through mentorship, feedback, and thoughtful critique
