About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential software infrastructure company in their search for a Senior Strategic Partner Development Manager based in the United Kingdom. Our client builds enterprise developer tooling and is expanding their partner ecosystem across the region. This is a strategic role focused on growing revenue through system integrator, value-added reseller, and distribution partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential partners across the UK and surrounding regions
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue for both partners and the organization
- Cultivate and manage relationships with partner leadership across sales, marketing, professional services, and other key functional areas
- Lead and facilitate executive quarterly business reviews, joint marketing engagements, and technical enablement activities
- Coordinate partner sales managers to execute field-level sales awareness and enablement campaigns
What We're Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales with proven success in partner-driven revenue generation
- Quantifiable track record of meeting or exceeding objectives through partnership channels
- Deep understanding of complex sales processes with ability to build consensus and develop relationships at multiple organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience building and growing successful relationships with system integrators and value-added resellers
- Strong work ethic with ability to move quickly in a startup environment
- Player/coach mentality with willingness to both receive and provide coaching
- Comfort working beyond defined job boundaries and taking initiative on what needs to be done
- Genuine curiosity about technology and commitment to continuous learning
- Ownership mindset for outcomes and results
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience at a developer tooling, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure software provider
- Successful track record with growth-stage startups
