Marketing Lead – France

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential logistics technology client in their search for a Marketing Lead to own and scale marketing and growth in France. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role reporting to the CMO, where you'll define and execute the French go-to-market strategy while working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Pricing and Operations teams.

This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring deep local market insight and broad channel expertise to acquire customers, improve conversion and accelerate revenue growth. It's fast-paced, opportunity-rich, and ideal for someone who loves building from the ground up in an expansion market.

Responsibilities

• Scale the French market rapidly by building on successful playbooks from previous launches, owning ambitious revenue and growth targets
• Lead go-to-market strategy by defining priority audiences, regions and use cases in partnership with Product, Pricing and Operations
• Champion the French customer across the business, ensuring every touchpoint is culturally relevant and grounded in clear customer insight
• Build and scale core marketing channels including PPC, SEO, CRM, Brand, Paid Social, PR and Influencer marketing
• Develop high-impact partnerships with marketplaces, retailers, property platforms, banks and media in France
• Work closely with data science to measure impact, optimise performance and make informed decisions in an early-stage growth environment
• Act as the go-to expert on the French market, driving decisions and outcomes with full accountability for performance

What We're Looking For

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to maximise impact with limited resources by out-thinking rather than out-spending competitors
• Proven experience launching and scaling direct-to-consumer tech businesses in France; scale-up experience is a plus
• Fluent French and fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Broad marketing experience with hands-on ownership of PR and influencer marketing; SEO and partnerships experience is a plus
• Strong commercial acumen with experience measuring marketing impact on revenue and confidence working directly with data
• Excellent project management skills, balancing speed, structure and execution
• Ability to collaborate, influence and gain buy-in across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a two-way feedback culture
