About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential health-tech organization that is transforming how healthcare professionals manage their clinical workflows. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth across the UK private healthcare market, with a focus on London.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role for an ambitious professional who thrives on owning revenue targets and winning new business. You'll manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and handover to operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver against a personal sales quota within UK private healthcare
- Build robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, partnerships, and events
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers across private healthcare providers, practices, consultants, and relevant organizations
- Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Collaborate with delivery and operational teams to ensure seamless customer handover
- Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to refine sales approach and UK market positioning
- Represent the organization at healthcare events and industry conferences
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales and new business development, ideally within SaaS, digital health, or technology sectors
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong outbound prospecting capabilities and full-cycle sales experience
- Solid understanding of the UK private healthcare market and its key stakeholders
- Existing relationships within UK private healthcare highly valuable
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and AI applications in healthcare
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS, digital health, or AI solutions into UK private healthcare
- Network across private hospitals, healthcare groups, independent practices, consultants, or insurers
- Experience selling solutions involving clinical or healthcare workflows
- Background in startup or scale-up environments
