About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential embedded systems organization based in Berlin. Our client develops advanced memory and security solutions for industrial and IoT applications. We're seeking a Firmware Validation Engineer to join their quality assurance team and ensure their products meet the highest reliability and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the development lifecycle of high-end memory products from requirements gathering through market release
• Design, implement, and execute test plans for quality assurance and firmware validation
• Analyze protocols, interfaces, and test results using modern measurement and analysis tools
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and international partners on firmware development and validation
• Identify technical challenges and develop sustainable solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Optimize testing processes and contribute to the advancement of test automation or web-based tooling based on your interests

What We're Looking For

• Degree or comparable practical experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Initial experience in embedded systems development or validation, or strong interest as a career starter in this domain
• Ideally, knowledge of software development or automation using C/C++
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and enthusiasm for collaborating in international, interdisciplinary teams
