IT Administrator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join their lean, high-impact technology team. This is an opportunity to own and elevate the end-user tech stack for a dynamic business building innovative financial products.

As their IT Administrator, you'll be a key technical force behind core systems—managing everything from cloud services and identity management to endpoint configuration and support infrastructure. You won't just respond to tickets; you'll actively build and optimize the internal systems that power a modern workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and optimize core systems including Azure AD, Okta, Intune, JAMF, O365, and related platforms
• Support cloud workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and enterprise collaboration tools
• Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate across engineering and business teams to deploy and refine internal tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both Windows and macOS environments
• Support collaboration platforms including Teams, Slack, Zoom, and productivity suites
• Improve documentation, internal process clarity, and user help resources
• Participate in after-hours support as needed
• Take ownership of greenfield projects and expand what's possible within IT operations

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing cloud-based and enterprise technology environments
• Deep knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
• Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, GSuite, or Auth0
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and managing both Mac and Windows platforms
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Office Suite
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
• A passion for delivering great support and helping others resolve technical issues

Pay

This role is located in the USA. Our client has indicated a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, plus equity and benefits. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
