About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in Berlin that is building its sales development team. As their recruiting partner, we're seeking an Appointment Setter to join a dynamic, growth-focused environment where your energy and communication skills will open doors to new business opportunities.

In this role, you'll be the critical first touchpoint for prospective clients, conducting outbound outreach via phone and digital channels to generate qualified sales appointments. You'll receive comprehensive training on the platform and sales methodology, then apply your natural ability to engage decision-makers and spark genuine interest in solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential B2B clients via telephone and digital channels to introduce the company's application
• Generate and qualify leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team to close
• Maintain accurate records of all contacts, conversation outcomes, and scheduled meetings in the CRM system
• Conduct independent follow-up outreach with previously contacted prospects to nurture interest
• Build rapport quickly and communicate value propositions in a compelling, authentic manner
• Meet and exceed monthly appointment-setting targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in telephone-based customer outreach, appointment setting, or sales is ideal but not required
• Career changers from hospitality, gastronomy, or customer service backgrounds are welcome
• Genuine enthusiasm for phone-based communication and the ability to engage people quickly
• Resilience and motivation—you view objections as opportunities to refine your approach
• Strong communication skills with a positive, confident presence
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented work style
• Team player with an approachable, loyal personality
• Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Teams
• German language fluency required for client communication
