PMO Support/Projektassistenz (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a PMO Support/Project Assistant to join their team in Dortmund. In this role, you will provide essential support to project leads and their teams across client engagements in energy, retail, and healthcare sectors.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Supporting project leads with administrative tasks including meeting organization, preparation, protocol documentation, coordination of internal and external communication, and creation of presentation materials
• Planning workshops and training sessions in coordination with project leads and supporting their delivery at client sites
• Managing project documentation including concepts, project plans, and presentations
• Ensuring adherence to project methodologies, tools, standards, and processes, including conducting knowledge transfer sessions with clients
• Proactively supporting project leads with quality and risk management, including status monitoring, change request procedures, and documentation of risks with decision templates and action catalogs
• Contributing to operational resource management and procurement of external service providers as needed

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with:

• Completed commercial training in office management or comparable qualification in a project environment
• Minimum three years of professional experience in an adequate position or project work; experience in energy supply is desirable
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and software tools such as Confluence and Jira
• High degree of independence and strong organizational skills
• Structured, customer-oriented, and meticulous working style
• Cross-functional thinking and sense of responsibility
• Self-reliant work approach with high trustworthiness and reliability
• Resilience, professional and convincing presence, and strong communication abilities
• Hands-on mentality required for project success
• Fluent German at C1 level and good English language skills in speaking and writing
