SEO Specialist / Revenue Architect (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing consultancy based in Berlin that is redefining search optimization for the era of generative AI and large language models. Our client works with publishers, brands, and e-commerce companies to transform how they approach content strategy, moving beyond traditional keyword optimization toward AI-native revenue architecture.

This is a flexible engagement available as freelance project work, part-time, or full-time, working remotely within the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced content and SEO strategies for publishing and e-commerce clients, focusing on intent mapping and authority optimization in AI-driven search environments
• Conduct vector space and entity cluster analyses to identify and fill thematic gaps in large language model knowledge bases
• Deliver workshops and training sessions for editorial, product, and SEO teams at client organizations
• Support clients with technical CMS optimization and content management system configuration
• Collaborate with the product team to translate analytics data into actionable strategic recommendations
• Work directly with C-level stakeholders at media houses and e-commerce brands

What We're Looking For

• Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings, and entity optimization
• Proven track record in search engine optimization, ideally within B2B, publishing, or complex e-commerce environments
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in German, with ability to present complex ideas clearly to editors and decision-makers
• Self-directed, solution-oriented work style with strong organizational capabilities
• Experience explaining how quality conversions can matter more than raw traffic metrics
